Terms & Conditions of Service

By submitting a quote request form or accepting an exterior cleaning booking with SouthernEcoWash, you agree to be legally bound by the following standard trading terms: 

1. The Service & Pricing Quotes

All pricing quotes delivered via SMS or email are calculated based on the property dimensions, surface descriptions, and digital photographs provided by the client. 

• SouthernEcoWash reserves the right to adjust the final package price on-site if the actual surface conditions or property dimensions differ significantly from the descriptions or images submitted through the online form. 

• Our standard minimum call-out fee for any operational dispatch across our service region is $200 AUD. 

2. Rainwater Tanks & Water Supply Security

For properties relying on independent roof-collected rainwater tank systems, it is the client's strict responsibility to confirm their tank setup with our technician prior to the commencement of work. 

• While SouthernEcoWash utilizes biodegradable, plant-based surfactant bases and peroxide-based oxygen wash formulas, we enforce a strict safety policy of manually disconnecting gutter downpipe inlets before washing rooflines or eaves. 

• The property owner must ensure safe, clear, and unhindered access to all downpipe redirection valves or junction points on the day of service. 

3. Pre-Existing Property Damage & Structural Fragility

Our washing techniques utilize low-pressure soft-washing methods for delicate vertical building structures. However, high-volume commercial equipment is utilized for concrete flatwork. 

• SouthernEcoWash is not liable for any structural damage resulting from pre-existing property defects, including but not limited to: rotted timber weatherboards, loose or missing grout on pool coping tiles/pavers, oxidised or peeling exterior paintwork, unsealed window frames, or degraded brick mortar joints. 

• It is the client’s responsibility to notify the washing technician of any known structural vulnerabilities or leaking windows before cleaning begins. 

4. Payment Terms & Overdue Accounts

Payment for all residential exterior cleaning packages is strictly due within 7 business days from the date of invoice issuance, unless a separate commercial arrangement has been confirmed in writing. 

• Payments can be securely processed via our mobile digital terminal, electronic bank transfer, or authorized online Stripe/Square payment links. 

• Overdue accounts may incur a late administration fee or be referred to an independent collection agency if left unpaid past 30 days.
