• Uploaded photographs or video files of your property’s surfaces 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your collected data strictly for commercial operations, including: 

• Calculating and texting/calling you with a firm, guaranteed service quote. 

• Scheduling our cleaning truck to arrive at your physical property location. 

• Sending you automated booking reminders, digital invoices, and tax receipts. 

• Verification of property "before and after" conditions to protect against liability claims.
  We will never sell, rent, or lease your personal contact details, property images, or location history to third-party marketing databases. 

3. Storage and Data Security

All uploaded property photos, text fields, and contact coordinates are stored securely within our password-protected Google Workspace environment and encrypted server files. Data is retained only as long as legally required for business accounting, tax documentation, and liability records. 

4. Access to Your Information
